Ella Ginn is an illustrator from the UK who lives and works in Berlin, Germany. She graduated with a BA in illustration from Middlesex University in 2016. Since then, she has worked as an in-house illustrator for a London packaging design company. Here she honed her illustration skills before going freelance in 2019. She now works on many different projects including packaging, editorial and advertising. As well as working for a range of international clients, she also enjoys working on her own projects, usually involving food or nature!
In 2016 / 2017 Ella trained at London print studio. Here she developed her printmaking skills in lino cutting, etching and screen-printing. These print techniques have heavily influenced her work and she can effectively recreate digital illustrations in these styles.
Some of the designs studios she has worked with include; Stranger & Stranger, Boundless, Vox Media / NY Magazine, Hue & Cry, Co-Partnership, Bloom, Biles Hendry, Tangent Graphics, Talent House & more.
